"I purchased my precious VW EOS last October from Citigate in Ruislip.  The level of service I have received to date from Richard Eagell and his team is second to none and I certainly did not think I would find it anywhere else.
 
However, I very stupidly damaged my car on a gate and had to go through the trauma of actually seeing it! then the arduous journey of insurance companies, claims, hire cars, and finally the realisation of booking it into your garage as Richard had highly recommended Raj to me.
 
I have to say, and I felt passionate about letting you know that I simply cannot speak highly enough of Raj.  His patience with my many calls of concern about how my car would be driven, how it would be looked after whilst in the workshop and the timings of when it would be picked up from me and returned - on each and every call he was so polite, understanding and above all so very reassuring that my car would be well taken care of (anyone would think that I drive a Aston Martin!) but my car is very precious to me.
 
Raj is simply a shining example of amazing customer service and how it should be done.  He is super and I felt very strongly that you should know.
 
 The younger chap drove my car back and was just lovely.  You have a team to be completely proud of and even though I am in Ascot, god forbid I should hopefully not have to use you again - I would not hesitate to do so."
